frozen french fries topped with american cheese and popped back in the over for a minute to melt, then covered with fried onions and russian dressing

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen crinkle cut fries
- 1 onion finely diced
- 1 tbl olive oil
- 1 tbl butter
- sliced american cheese
- russian dressing
Instructions

cook fries according to directions

saute onions in olive oil and butter for 15-20 minutes until browned

top cooked fries with sautéed onions and american cheese and melt in oven for 2-3 minutes

top with russian dressing and serve
Recipe Notes
I made these based on the many instagramed photos of them and they were awesome!! I used russian dressing that I purchased at the Ritz Diner in Livingston, NJ - they make the best!
