Ingredients
- 2 tbl soy sauce
- 1 tbl sriracha
- 1 tbl sesame oil
- 1 tbl light brown sugar
- 1 tbl rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbl grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ cup hoisin sauce
- 1 lb pork chops
- salt & pepper
Instructions

pre heat grill
-
mix soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic and hoisin sauce

season pork chops with salt and pepper

cook pork chops 5 minutes per side until charred

baste with sauce, turning 2-3 minutes more until cooked through

serve with extra sauce on the side
Recipe Notes
if you use thin cut pork chops like I did, reduce the cooking time to 2-3 minutes per side
