Ingredients
- 1 box frozen popcorn shrimp 18 oz
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbl mayo
- 1 tbl honey
- 1 tbl sriracha
- lettuce leaves
- chopped scallions
Instructions

cook shrimp according to directions

mix chili sauce, mayo, honey and sriracha in a bowl

add cooked shrimp and toss to coat

serve shrimp in lettuce leaves, topped with scallions
