Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli cut in to 1 inch pieces
- salt & pepper
- 1 tbl soy sauce
- 4 tbl oyster sauce
- sugar
- 2 tbl rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbl sesame oil
- 1 tbl canola oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
Instructions

mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, a pinch of sugar, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil together

heat oil in a wok or frying pan

season broccoli with salt and pepper

cook broccoli and garlic in oil 3-5 minutes

add the sauce and toss to coat, cooking 1 minute more
