Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 3 oz . cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 scallions chopped
- 1 cup flour
- salt & pepper
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup canola oil
Instructions

mix chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and scallions

form into golf ball sized balls

season flour with salt & pepper

place flour, egg and bread crumbs in 3 separate bowls

dip chicken into flour, then egg, then panko and set aside

heat oil in a deep pot and cook chicken until browned, 2-3 minutes in batches

drain on a paper towel
