- 1/2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbl olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 1-1½ lbs shrimp
- skewers

soak skewers

preheat broiler and use top shelf

skewer shrimp

mix garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, lemon juice and zest and olive oil.

season shrimp with salt & pepper

brush seasoning mixture all over the shrimp

broil for 2-3 minutes per side
