Ingredients
- 1 ½ -2 lbs cherry tomatoes (mixed colors)
- 3 cloves garlic , sliced thin
- 2 lbs italian sausage
- 2 tbl italian seasoning
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- salt & pepper
Instructions

preheat the oven to 375 degrees

cover a sheet pan with foil

put the sausages, garlic and tomatoes on the pan

sprinkle with italian seasoning, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper

bake for 30 minutes, turning the sausages hallway through
