This chicken cacciatore is an old standby whenever I'm on weight watchers because it has 0 points. I usually serve it over angel hair pasta.
- 1 package boneless chicken breasts cut into chunks
- 1 each red green and yellow peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 cans whole tomatoes
- italian seasoning
- garlic powder
- salt & pepper
place all the ingredients in a large pot and cook on medium until it starts to boil, then cook on low for 30 minutes.
serve over pasta
