this chicken in a lemon caper sauce can be made with any chicken parts you like. the artichoke hearts and capers make it fancy enough to serve to guests or to impress your family!
Ingredients
- chicken thighs
- salt & pepper
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 lemon , zested and juiced
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbl olive oil
- ½ cup white wine
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 can artichoke hearts , drained and cut in half
- ¼ cup capers , drained
Instructions

season chicken with salt and pepper

mix flour, lemon zest, paprika and garlic powder in a bag

add chicken and toss to coat

heat olive oil over medium high heat

cook chicken 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through

add wine, chicken broth, lemon juice, artichoke hearts and capers and simmer for 5 minutes to heat through and thicken
