Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
- ½ cup flour
- salt & pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 onion cut in chunks
- 1 green pepper cut in chunks
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup red hot vinegar peppers chopped reserving 1/3 cup vinegar from peppers
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
Instructions

season flour with salt & pepper

toss chicken in flour and shake off excess

heat oil and butter in a skillet

saute chicken until browned and cooked through, 5-7 minutes

add onion, green pepper, hot peppers and garlic and cook until softened

add vinegar from peppers and deglaze the pan, 1 minute

add cream and chicken broth and bring to a boil

lower heat and stir in cheese and cook until thickened
