chicken rollatini is rich from both the cream cheese and the mozzarella cheese.
- 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 8 chicken breasts thin sliced or 4 sliced in ½ and pounded thin
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
preheat oven to 400f.
in a medium bowl, soften cream cheese with a fork, add pesto and mix well. set aside.
spread cream cheese-pesto mixture on chicken.
roll the chicken pieces and arrange them in a baking dish seam side down.
top with marinara sauce and cheese.
bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden brown.
