Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch chunks
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- 1 stick butter
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic sliced
- ½ cup white wine
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 lemons 1 sliced and 1 juiced and zested
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
Instructions

season flour with garlic powder, salt & pepper

dredge chicken pieces in flour and shake off

heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet

cook chicken until browned

add garlic and saute for 2 minutes

add wine and cook until thickened

add hot pepper flakes, salt, pepper, oregano, chicken broth, lemon zest and lemon juice

bring to a simmer and pour over angel hair pasta

top with parsley and sliced lemon to serve
