Ingredients
- 1 package thin sliced pork chops
- 2 tbl soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 1 tbl ginger , minced
- 3 scallions , sliced thin
- 1 tbl sesame oil
- salt & pepper
- 1 tbl peanut oil
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 tbl hoisin sauce
Instructions

season pork chops with salt & pepper

mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, scallions and sesame oil.

marinate pork chops at room temperature for 20 minutes

heat peanut oil in a large frying pan

remove pork chops from marinade and reserve

fry pork chops for 3 minutes on each side

add the wine, hoisin sauce and the reserved marinade and cook on medium for a few minutes more
-
don’t overcook or the pork chops will be tough
