these spicy chipotle chicken tacos get their heat from canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce - just use the sauce and get rid of the peppers.
Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken pulled
- 4 tbl adobo sauce
- ¼ cup minced cilantro
- juice of ½ lime
- 1 tbl taco seasoning
- taco shells soft or hard or both warmed
- shredded jack cheese
- pico de gallo or salsa
- guacamole
- lime wedges
- cilantro
Instructions

mix shredded chicken with 4 tbl of adobo sauce, cilantro, lime juice and taco seasoning in a sauce pan

cook chicken, stirring 5-6 minutes until heated through

warm tortillas in the oven
