Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 onions finely chopped, divided
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbl olive oil
- 3 tbl chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/8 tsp hot pepper flakes
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cups beef broth
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 can red beans rinsed and drained
- 1 tbl cider vinegar
- salt & pepper
- spaghetti
- grated cheddar cheese
Instructions

saute ground beef, onions and garlic until cooked through, 7 minutes

add chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, hot pepper flakes, bay leaf, beef broth, tomato sauce, red beans, vinegar, salt & pepper

cook for 30 minutes and serve over spaghetti topped with onions and cheddar cheese
