Ingredients
- ½ box elbow macaroni
- ½ cup mayo
- 1/8 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbl yellow mustard
- salt & pepper
- ½ onion finely diced
- 1 stalk celery finely diced
- ½ red pepper finely diced
- 1 carrot grated
Instructions

cook elbow macaroni in boiling salted water

mix mayo, white vinegar, sugar, yellow mustard, salt & pepper in a bowl

when macaroni is cooked cool under running water and drain

add to sauce and add onion, celery, red pepper and carrot.

add salt & pepper

refrigerate until ready to serve
