Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 small onions peeled
- ½ can tomato juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ of a 2 oz jar mexene chili powder
- salt & pepper
- hot dogs
- hot dog rolls
- 1 small onion diced
- american cheese sliced into strips
Instructions

brown ground beef, seasoning with garlic powder, chili powder, salt & pepper then the drain fat

add onions, and tomato juice

bring to a boil and cover and cook on low for at least 30 minutes

steam hotdogs in 2 inches of water

serve on a bun with american cheese topped with hot chili and then chopped onions
