Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough cut in ½
- 20 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb crumbled sausage
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- italian seasoning
- ½ cup locatelli cheese
Instructions

preheat oven to 450 degrees

spray 2 cake pans with non-stick spray

roll out dough into two circles large enough to line the cake pans and sides

place dough in pans to create a bowl like shape

line each pie with 10 slices of mozzarella

top with the sausage
-
spoon the sauce over the top and sprinkle with italian seasoning

bake in pans for 20-25 minutes

sprinkle with locatelli cheese
-
let sit 1 minute and remove to a board

slice and serve
