double sauced wings are made using both red and white bbq sauces. the red sauce is ketchup based and the white is made with mayo. you can make this with any chicken parts, drumsticks work well too.
Ingredients
- 1 package chicken wings
- salt & pepper
white bbq sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbl apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp horseradish
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- cayenne pepper
red bbq sauce:
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbl worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbl minced onion
Instructions

pre-heat grill

salt and pepper chicken wings
make white bbq sauce:

mix mayo, vinegar, lemon juice, horseradish, mustard powder and cayenne pepper

put in a squeeze bottle
make red bbq sauce:

mix ketchup, brown sugar, cider vinegar, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce and minced onion

grill chicken on low and brush with red bbq sauce for the last 15 minutes of cooking

serve wings with white bbq sauce squeezed over to make stripes of bbq sauce
