Ingredients
- 2 tbl butter
- 1 shallot sliced
- 1 tbl flour
- 1 tbl worcestershire sauce
- 1 can beef consume
- 1 can beef broth
- salt & pepper
- 1 lb sliced deli roast beef
- 4 long crusty rolls
Instructions

cook shallot in butter until soft

add flour and stir for 1 more minute

add worcestershire sauce, beef consume and beef stock

season with salt & pepper

whisk together and simmer for 20 minutes until thickened

dip meat into the broth and place on rolls

serve french dip with a side of the broth for dipping
