Ingredients
- 2 oz . parmesan cheese
- 1 bag arugula
- 4 plum tomatoes diced
- ΒΌ cup olive oil
- 1 lb fresh fettuccine
- salt & pepper
Instructions

bring a pot of salted water to a boil

shave parmesan cheese into long strips with a vegetable peeler

place shaved parmesan in a warm bowl

cook pasta according to directions

add arugula, tomatoes and olive oil to the bowl and toss

drain the pasta and add to the bowl and toss

season with salt & pepper
