Ingredients
- 5 tbl olive oil divided
- 1 glove garlic minced
- 1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
- ½ cup white wine
- salt & pepper
- ¼ cup chopped basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 ½ lbs shrimp peeled and deveined
- hot pepper flakes
- ½ box rigatoni
- 8 oz feta crumbled
Instructions

preheat oven to 400 degrees

boil salted water for the pasta

saute garlic in 2 tbl olive oil, 1 minute

add tomatoes and cook 1 minute

add the wine, basil, oregano, salt & pepper

simmer for 10 minutes

add the remaining 3 tbl olive oil to another pan and heat

sprinkle shrimp with red pepper flakes, salt & pepper
-
cook the shrimp for 1 minute until pink

spoon the shrimp and any juices into a baking dish

cover with tomato sauce

sprinkle with feta and bake 10 minutes until hot and melted

cook pasta according to package and drain

serve shrimp over pasta
