Ingredients
- 1 package chicken wings cut in half, tips removed
- 3 tbl olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 1 jar hot sauce
- 1 stick butter
Instructions

preheat grill

toss wings in a bowl with olive oil, salt & pepper

grill wings for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway as needed

melt butter and hot sauce

baste with some of the sauce for the last 5 minutes, then toss with the rest of the sauce

get the butcher to cut the wings in half and remove the tips - it saves time and money! they will cut them for free making them into wingettes that you would pay more for if you purchased them already packaged that way.
