Ingredients
- 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 4 tbl honey
- 2 tbl soy sauce
- ¼ tsp crushed hot pepper flakes
- 1 lemon juiced and zested
Instructions

mix garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, hot pepper flakes and lemon zest

mix ½ of the marinade with the shrimp and let sit 15 minutes, keep the remaining marinade for the end

heat some oil in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat
-
add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until done turning in sauce

remove shrimp to a plate and pour remaining marinade over
-
serve over steamed rice
