Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb ground beef
- 2 tsp sour cream
- 2 tsp ranch dressing mix
- 4 strips bacon , cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- lettuce , tomato and red onion

preheat grill or pan

mix all the ingredients in a bowl

form into 4 patties (they will be moist and delicate)

cook for 4 minutes per side, turning carefully

toast the buns and serve topped with lettuce, tomato and onion
