Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- ½ cup olive oil
- juice and zest of 3 lemons
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- salt & pepper
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
Instructions

cook spaghetti in boiling salted water, reserving ½ cup cooking liquid
-
mix olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper in a measuring cup
-
drain spaghetti, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid
-
add pasta back to the pot and mix with the sauce, adding cooking liquid as needed
-
serve topped with parsley
