Ingredients
- 1 lb linguine
- 1 container red grape tomatoes
- 1 container yellow grape tomatoes
- small bunch of basil
- 1 tbl garlic minced
- ½ cup garlic olive oil
- frozen red pepper cube or 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper
- freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

put pasta up to cook in a large pot of salted boiling water

heat oil in a large skillet and add grape tomatoes

cook on low until tomatoes start to pop

add garlic and pepper and cook until soft

add cooked pasta and a little of the cooking water and stir to combine

add salt and pepper to taste

serve and top with grated parmesan cheese
