mini ravioli with mini meatballs is a fun twist on the original and cooks faster because the meatballs are small
Ingredients
- 2 bags Andrea mini ravioli
- 1 lb meatloaf mix
- 1 egg
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 4 tbl milk
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1/3 cup locatelli cheese
- salt & pepper
- 2 tbl olive oil
- 1 28 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions

mix meatloaf mix, egg, bread crumbs, milk, garlic, locatelli cheese, salt & pepper

form meat into mini meatballs 1 inch in diameter

heat 2 tbl olive oil in a large skillet

cook meatballs to brown on all sides 6-8 minutes

add tomato sauce, italian seasoning, oregano, salt & pepper

fill sauce can 1/4 of the way and swirl to loosen tomato residue and add to the pan

cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 20-25 minutes until meatballs are cooked through

cook mini ravioli in boiling, salted water until done and serve with sauce and mini meatballs on top
