Ingredients
- 1 package prosciutto diced
- 3 tbl olive oil
- 1 small red onion diced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 large can san marzano tomatoes
- salt & pepper
- 1 box bucatini pasta
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
Instructions

saute prosciutto in olive oil until crisp

remove prosciutto and saute onion and red pepper flakes

add canned tomatoes and their juices, chopping the tomatoes in the pan

season with salt & pepper and add back in the prosciutto

simmer for 20 minutes

cook pasta in boiling, salted water

drain pasta and add to the sauce

stir and cook for 1 minute more

remove from the heat and add the cheese
-
Serve with extra parmesan cheese on the side
