Ingredients
- 2 potatoes peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1 lb bowtie pasta
- 1 bunch basil leaves removed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon juiced and zested
- salt & pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 bag frozen peas
Instructions

bring a pot of salted water to a boil

add potatoes and boil 5-7 minutes

add pasta and stir and cook until done

put basil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt & pepper in a blender

blend adding oil slowly through the top until smooth

stir in cheese
-
add peas to pasta and potatoes for the last 2 minutes of cooking

drain and toss with the pesto
