Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta
- salt & pepper
- ½ stick butter
- 1 clove garlic grated
- ¼ cup grated onion
- 3 tbl flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 4 oz jar chopped pimentos , drained
Instructions

preheat broiler

cook pasta in salted water according to package

melt butter and saute garlic and onion for 1 minute

add flour and cook for 2 minutes

add milk and stir cooking over a low heat until thick

add paprika, dry mustard, salt & pepper

turn off heat and add cheese, stir until melted

mix in cooked, drained pasta and pimento

pour into a casserole dish

broil for 2-3 minutes until browned on top
