Ingredients
- 2 tbl olive oil
- 1 package pork chops
- salt & pepper
- 1 small onion , thinly sliced
- 1-15- oz can diced tomatoes , in juice
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes , or more to taste
- 1 tbl chopped fresh italian parsley
Instructions

add oil to a cast iron skillet, and heat on medium-high

season pork chops with salt & pepper

cook for 3 minutes per side and remove to a plate

add onion and saute for 5 minutes

add tomatoes, italian seasoning and red pepper flakes and simmer for 10 minutes

add pork chops back in to heat through 2 minutes

sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve
