Ingredients
- package thin sliced pork chops
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 2 tbl olive oil
- 1 onion , sliced
- 2 bell peppers , sliced
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 avocado , cut up
- 1 cup cilantro
- Pico de gallo
- cheese
Instructions
-
preheat grill
-
season the pork with the cumin, salt & pepper
-
toss onions and peppers with olive oil, salt & pepper and wrap in foil
-
place foil on grill and close cover and cook for 10 minutes
-
flip foil and continue to cook peppers and onions as you grill the chops
-
grill pork chops 2-3 minutes per side
-
transfer to a cutting board and let sit as you warm the tortillas
-
grill tortillas to warm and place on a covered plate
-
slice pork into strips
-
serve the tortillas with the pork, peppers and onions, avocado, cilantro, and pico de gallo and cheese
