Ingredients
- 1 lb rigatoni
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup garlic oil
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 bunch broccoli , cut into bite sized pieces
- ½ cup chicken broth
- locatelli cheese
Instructions

cook broccoli in salted boiling water for 2 minutes until bright green

remove broccoli with a slotted spoon

cook rigatoni in the same water
-
heat oil in a pan and add garlic and saute 1 minute
-
add broccoli, chicken broth, salt & pepper

cook for 4-5 minutes

drain pasta and add to pot and stir to combine
-
sprinkle with locatelli cheese and pass extra around to serve
