Ingredients
- 4 flounder or tilapia filets around 1 ½ lbs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick butter
- salt & pepper
- 2 tbl chopped parsley
- juice of 1 lemon
Instructions

season flour with salt & pepper

dredge fish in flour

heat butter in a cast iron skillet

cook fish until golden brown on each side 3-4 minutes

remove fish to a plate
-
brown the butter
-
remove from heat and stir in parsley and lemon juice

pour over the fish and serve
