Ingredients
- 4 servings filet of sole approx. 1 lb
- ½ cup milk
- salt & pepper
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup canola oil
- ½ stick butter melted
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbl capers drained
- 1 tbl chopped parsley
Instructions

soak fish in milk

season flour with salt & pepper

heat oil in a pan

dredge fish in flour and fry on medium high on both sides 6-8 minutes, total ( it will turn easily when it is ready) until browned

cut lemons into cubes without the skin and seeds

mix melted butter, lemon pieces, and capers and pour over fish

sprinkle with parsley
