Ingredients
- 2 tbl olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 1 carrot diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 28 oz . can diced tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- worcestershire sauce
- hot sauce
- salt & pepper
- 1 lb . bag of frozen peeled and deveined shrimp thawed
- 4 scallions diced
Instructions

heat olive oil and saute garlic, onions, celery, carrot and green pepper for 5 minutes until soft

add cayenne and stir to combine for 1 minute

add stock, tomatoes, bay leaves, some worcestershire and hot sauce and salt & pepper

cook on low for 20 minutes

add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes until cooked through

remove bay leaves and top with scallions
