Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen shrimp cleaned and deveined in their shells
- 4 cloves garlic peeled
- 2 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp hot chili flakes
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 tbl chopped parsley
- 1 tbl dill
- 1 can beer
hot lemon butter
- 1 stick butter
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic smashed
Instructions

Defrost shrimp in a colander under cold running water for 7 minutes

combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan

cover and bring to a boil

simmer for 2 minutes and remove from heat

serve shrimp in their shell with hot lemon butter

melt butter until bubbling

add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt & pepper

serve hot
