Ingredients
- 2 potatoes cut on a mandolin
- 3 tbl canola oil
- salt & pepper
- 3 tbl buttermilk powder
- 2 tbl onion powder
- 1 tbl garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tbl dill
Instructions

pre heat oven to 450 degrees
-
toss potatoes with olive oil and a little salt in a bowl
-
spread on 2 parchment lined baking sheets
-
bake for 25 minutes, turning once until crisp
-
mix buttermilk powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, sugar and dill and mix well
-
when chips come out of the oven toss in bowl with sour cream and onion mix and mix to coat
-
serve warm or at room temp
