Ingredients
- 1 package boneless pork chops thin sliced, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 tbl soy sauce divided
- 3 tbl canola oil divided
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 2 tbl rice vinegar
- 1 tbl sugar
- 1 red pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 yellow pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 scallions cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 tbl ginger minced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 small red chili thinly sliced
Instructions

mix pork, 1 tbl soy sauce, 1 tbl canola oil and corn starch

mix 1 tbl soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar together to make a sauce

heat 2 tbl canola oil in a wok and saute the pork and ginger for 5 minutes

add the red and yellow peppers and saute 2 minutes more

add the scallions, pineapple, chili and sauce and saute until hot 1-2 minutes
