Ingredients
- 2 tbl olive oil
- 1 onion diced
- 2 lbs meatloaf mix
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- ¼ tsp allspice
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- salt & pepper
sauce
- ½ stick butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 4 cups beef broth
- ¾ cup sour cream
- salt & pepper
- chopped parsley
Instructions

heat 1 tbl olive oil in a skillet

saute onion until translucent, 2-3 minutes

mix meatloaf mix, onions, breadcrumbs, eggs, allspice, nutmeg and salt & pepper

form in 1 ½ inch meatballs

heat remaining 1 tbl olive oil in pan

saute meatballs on medium high heat until browned on all sides 6-8 minutes and remove

melt the butter in the skillet
-
add the flour and whisk until lightly browned, about 1 minute

add the beef broth and cook whisking until thick, about 2 minutes

stir in sour cream

season with salt & pepper

return the meatballs to the pan and cook on low, stirring occasionally for 8-10minutes until thick and hot

top with chopped parsley to serve over egg noodles
