Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 4 scallions thinly sliced, whites and greens separate
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- salt & pepper
- 4 tbl soy sauce
- 2 tbl honey
- 2 tbl hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp corn starch
Instructions

mix ground beef, scallion whites, panko and salt & pepper and form into golf ball sized meatballs

bake in a 325-dregree convection oven or a 400-degree regular oven for 15 minutes, until browned, turning once halfway through

heat soy sauce, honey and hoisin sauce until it bubbles

mix 1 tsp corn starch with ¼ cup water to create a slurry

whisk the slurry into the sauce and cook until thickened

add meatball to the sauce and stir to combine
