Ingredients
- 1 lb tortellini
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbl olive oil
- 1 package cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 bag fresh spinach
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
Instructions

cook tortellini in boiling, salted water

saute garlic in olive oil 1-2 minutes

add tomatoes and cook 4-5 minutes

add chicken broth and spinach and season with salt & pepper

cover and cook 3 minutes until wilted

add tortellini and cheese and toss to combine
