chicken rollatini

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 8 chicken breasts thin sliced or 4 sliced in ½ and pounded thin
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 400f.
  2. in a medium bowl, soften cream cheese with a fork, add pesto and mix well. set aside.
  3. spread cream cheese-pesto mixture on chicken.
  4. roll the chicken pieces and arrange them in a baking dish seam side down.
  5. top with marinara sauce and cheese.
  6. bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden brown.
